Office endometrial biopsy is a simple and under-utilized procedure for use when differentiating causes of abnormal uterine bleeding, evaluating infertility or following up adenomatous hyperplasia after treatment. Diagnostic accuracy is similar to D&C, and it replaces that procedure in most circumstances.
